With a focus on enhancing the mind-body connection, mobility, flexibility, and confidence, Ana specializes in relieving common issues such as lower back pain, plantar fasciitis, upper back tension, shoulder discomfort, rotator cuff injuries, and tendonitis.

Danielle offers a range of fitness and wellness services, including all formats of yoga, Barre, Pilates, TRX, personal training, and nutrition counseling.
Danielle’s specialties include prenatal, postpartum, and trauma-informed yoga, as well as mobility training, injury rehab, weight loss, and muscle gain.

Evelyn is an experienced fitness professional offering personal training, yoga, Zumba, and dance lessons including Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, and Reggeton.
Evelyn believes fitness is about building confidence, connection, and joy through movement while improving strength and mobility.
Works with: women of all ages, and specializes in training seniors (55+), beginners, and individuals with disabilities, creating a supportive path to wellness for every client.

INNER POWER & STRENGTH
Amy leads private yoga and meditation sessions, specializing in mobility work, mindfulness practices, pranayama/breath work, yoga for climbers, and yoga for anxiety.
